This blog is the home for the LARC 503 course offered through the School of Landscape Architecture of the University of British Columbia. For the 2011 Spring Term, 14 graduate students will study the site of Trafalgar Elementary and address its needs for enhanced play space, enhanced communal space, edible teaching gardens, and a more eco-relavatory landscape. This class provides the students with an opportunity to explore sustainable design theory as applied to aspects of site construction.
